Prior to starting BLM in 1990, Steve was founding Director of Buying at Zenith Media at its launch in 1988.

As BLM group CEO he takes lead responsibility for corporate development, establishing new ventures and partnerships. Steve looks to harness the opportunities created in the emerging media and technology markets for the commercial benefit of all BLM companies’ clients. He is also Chief Executive of Quantum, the group’s specialist digital and interactive agency.

Additionally Steve has partner responsibility for Domino’s Pizza, Setanta Sports and Scotts.
