BLM Quantum To Handle Tesco Finance Account
Tesco Personal Finance has appointed Quantum to handle its £3.5m online planning/ buying account. The Havas owned agency takes over from Harvest Digital which has been Tesco Personal Finance’s retained agency since 2003.
